US 41 and CR 951 Intersection Improvements

Community Asphalt chose EHC to perform earthwork and infrastructure services for the US 41 and CR 951 intersection improvements in Naples. Services include excavation, embankment, demolition, stabilized subgrade and base for the approximately three-mile project. The well-traveled intersection is a primary access point for traffic in Collier County and is an important corridor in the Collier County Emergency Management Department’s evaluation network. Therefore, the project has required a tremendous amount of coordination between Collier County Department of Transportation, Florida Department of Transportation, vendors and of course traffic for the addition and widening of turn lanes, reconfiguring of the intersection and phased work. Accommodating future growth and improving safety is essential for the intersection project.
