Hertz Worldwide Headquarters Campus

EHC was awarded the multi-million dollar contract by Turner Construction to develop the Hertz Worldwide Headquarters Campus in Estero. Earthwork and infrastructure services included erosion control, surveying, clearing, excavation, grading, paving, off-site improvements, underground utilities, sidewalks, brick pavers and site amenities for the 37-acre site. The project entailed multiple areas such as the three-story, 248,000-square-foot headquarters, a three-story, 900-space parking garage, sales center with parking lot, common areas, amenities, entrances, internal roads, and off-site road improvements. Crews concurrently developed each of the areas, utilizing over 40,000 square feet of sidewalk, nearly 50,000 square feet of brick pavers, five acres of paving, and approximately three miles of curbing.

Mirror Lakes

Jensen Underground Utilities engaged EHC to develop Mirror Lakes, a new shopping center in Lehigh. Located at the corner of Milwaukee Boulevard and Homestead Road, the shopping center is proposed to be 28,000 square feet on over 4 acres. EHC is providing off-site turn lanes, on-site clearing, earthwork, subgrade base, asphalt paving, curbing, traffic striping, sidewalks, and final grading for the project.

High Tech Buildings

The High Tech Buildings in Fort Myers is with Schneider Construction and developer High Tech Properties. Located at the corner of Six Mile Cypress and Metro Parkway, the first phase of the approximately 5-acre project is a flex-space single-story commercial and retail building. EHC provided the clearing, earthwork, parking lots, concrete curbs, signage, and underground utilities for a complete site package.

Lake at Metro

Lake at Metro is a multi-parcel commercial project located at Six Mile Cypress and Metro Parkway in Fort Myers with Red Canyon. The onsite development was about 30 acres with EHC providing demolition, milling, earthwork, subgrade, base, and asphalt paving for new turn lanes on Six Mile Cypress into the Lake at Metro project. The project also included modifications to the existing bike path and restoration sodding.

Tuscola

Tuscola is an approximately 10-acre project in Northport with Trinity Commercial Group. The project consists of 6 buildings ranging in size from over 4,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. EHC is providing the infrastructure for the common areas as well as each individual outparcel including clearing, more than 50,000 tons of import fill, roadways, parking lots, brick paver walkways, concrete sidewalks, curbing, traffic striping, signage and underground utilities such as storm drainage, water, fire lines and sewer.

Mother Teresa of Calcutta Academic Building at Ave Maria University

Manhattan Construction Group awarded EHC with the site development contract for the academic building in honor of Mother Teresa of Calcutta at Ave Maria University. The building will house the University’s nursing program and provide venues for the performing arts. EHC is providing earthwork, subgrade base, asphalt paving, site concrete, traffic signage and striping and final grading for the project. According to Ave Maria University, “The new academic building will provide over 37,000 square feet of space for classrooms, a nursing laboratory, 13 private offices for faculty, and staff space for Campus Ministry and the Mother Teresa Project. The building also will include a permanent home for the Mother Teresa Museum, as well as a 400-seat performance hall and a 125-seat auditorium with a thrust stage. The auditorium also will accommodate academic lectures, students on retreat, and groups who visit the museum.”

Sam’s Club

EHC worked with R. A. Rogers to develop approximately 38 acres for a new Sam’s Club located at the intersection of Pine Island Road and Hancock Bridge Parkway in Cape Coral. The multi-million dollar project included lake excavation, excavation, grading, import fill, parking lots, sidewalks, outparcel prepping and off-site improvements, completed and opening on very tight schedule.

Estero Town Commons

Located at the corner of Corkscrew and Three Oaks Parkway, Estero Town Commons is anchored by Lowes Home Improvement and features various retail establishments. Partnering with Vanasse Daylor as the civil engineer, EHC completed excavation, clearing, underground utilities, over 100,000 tons of import fill, grading, road building, parking lots, and concrete paving in the $7.5 million project for Kite Realty Group. EHC also developed a bank and Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant at Estero Town Commons for other clients.

EHC completed a $230,000 earthwork and infrastructure project awarded by Eland Development for a local Dairy Queen. With Keene Engineering, we developed the site providing earthwork and infrastructure services such as grading, paving, parking lot, site concrete and underground utilities.

Gulfcoast Church of Christ

Christian Builders engaged EHC to perform earthwork and infrastructure for the new church located at the crossroads of Challenger Blvd and Six Mile Cypress in Fort Myers. The scope of the $1.8 million project included lake excavation, underground utilities, fill, grading, parking lots, paving, streets, site concrete, offsite turn lanes and various earthwork and infrastructure services. Partnering with Community Engineering Services, Inc., EHC completed the project on time and within budget.

Regions Bank

With a contract size of nearly $200,000 awarded by Hawkins Construction, EHC worked with civil engineer Interplan, LLC to develop the new Regions Bank site at Summerlin. EHC provided earthwork and infrastructure services including excavation, underground utilities, import fill, grading, and paving for the project.
