Lindsford

The over $20 million project included the earthwork and infrastructure for the single-family and multi-family community with developer clients. The completed project included the build-out of Lindsford under The Ronto Group’s leadership. The 260-acre community features lakes, tennis courts, playground, clubhouse with pool, bocce courts and basketball courts. EHC continued with the final phases for Lindsford, providing underground sewer, storm, water, curb, roads, common area sidewalk, sodding, rock crushing, traffic signage, and lot grading. The final phases included nearly 500 home sites.
