Teaming up for the first time with LandSouth Construction out of Jacksonville, Florida, EHC EHC managed and delivered the turnkey sitework scope for the Livano apartments project including earthwork and grading, the installation of storm drainage and fire line, water and sanitary systems, all the site concrete, asphalt paving and offsite turnlane additions. Located in North Port, Florida, Livano is a collection of dynamic multifamily communities, intentionally designed to foster meaningful connection and provide genuine care to residents.
