SR 80

The large-scale SR 80 project widened the last segment of SR 80 between Labelle and Moore Haven from two to four lanes. The project is easterly from Dalton Lane to CR 83 in Hendry County, Florida. EHC provided 95,000 cubic yards of excavation, over 1 million cubic yards of embankment, 470,000 square yards of Type B stabilization, special detours, 310,000 cubic yards of subsoil excavation, 693,000 square yards of prepared soil layer, 78,000 yards of optional base group 1, 128,000 square yards of optional base group 9, 131,000 square yards optional base group 10, off-site borrow pit excavation, and turnout construction for the project.
