The Preserve

Sunshine State Developers Two selected EHC to build the sales center, off-site improvements, for Phase 1 of The Preserve. In Phase 2 of The Preserve project, EHC served as the Prime Contractor and was contracted to manage the project from start to finish. EHC’s services provided were erosion control, clearing, excavation, finish grading, sub-grade, roadway base, asphalt, striping, base rock, resurfacing, valley gutter, sidewalks, water, drainage, and sewer, sodding, and surveying.

The Preserve is located approximately one mile east of I-75 on King Highway in the Southwest corner of Desoto County. Upon full completion, there will be 922 lots with lakes and green spaces at The Preserve. The 523-acre gated community plans to offer numerous amenities including a clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing, and more.
