Tuscola

Tuscola was an approximately 10-acre project in Northport with Trinity Commercial Group. The project consisted of 6 buildings ranging in size from over 4,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. EHC provided the infrastructure for the common areas as well as each individual outparcel including clearing, more than 50,000 tons of import fill, roadways, parking lots, brick paver walkways, concrete sidewalks, curbing, traffic striping, signage and underground utilities such as storm drainage, water, fire lines and sewer.
