EHC worked with Manhattan Construction Group for Mainsail Lodging & Development LLC. on Luminary Hotel & Co, a new downtown Fort Myers hotel adjacent to the Harborside Convention Center. The site construction company performed earthwork and earthwork-related activities for the hotel’s foundation. Per Luminary Hotel & Co., the 12-story waterfront hotel is the area’s first hotel in the prestigious Autograph Collection® of Marriott International. Overlooking the Caloosahatchee, Luminary features a wide array of guest amenities, flexible meeting and event space and unique dining and retail outlets.
