EHC, Inc. Completes Phase 1 of Kalea Bay in Naples and Continues With Phases 2 and 3

EHC, Inc., a construction company that provides pre-construction, earthwork and infrastructure services, is proud to announce the completion of Phase 1 of Kalea Bay in Naples and the awarding of the Phase 2 and 3 site development contract by Soave Real Estate Group. Kalea Bay is a high-profile, multi-million dollar, multi-tower development, which EHC broke ground on with Soave Real Estate Group.

According to the developer, the new collection of hi-rise luxury residences encompasses more than 480 acres including wetland green preserves, and Kalea Bay’s five towers of 582 residences overlooking Wiggins Pass, Turkey Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The gated community expects to include the amenities of a 5-star resort from a rooftop terrace and pool to a resort-style clubhouse with restaurant, tennis, pools, and more.

For Phase 1 of the condominium tower development, EHC performed clearing, lake excavation, and storm drainage as well as water, sewer, and brick paver parking lot improvements for a sales building. Phase 1 of the project completed in April, and crews are now proceeding with Phase 2 then Phase 3.

Phase 2 includes preparing the building pad for Building 1, clearing and erosion control measures, on-sight roadways, curbs, parking lot for the clubhouse, excavating the balance of the lake begun in Phase 1 and crushing the rock materials from the lake excavation as well as installing temporary infrastructure and logistics for Phase 2 and future phases such as roadways, crane pads, and laydown areas. Phase 3 consists of clearing and preparing additional building pads.
