EHC, Inc. Grows Over 40% in Volume in 2018
EHC, Inc., a construction company that provides pre-construction, earthwork, and infrastructure services, is proud to announce over 40% volume growth in 2018. During the year, the site construction company began seven new projects while progressing with many ongoing, large-scale projects. In addition, long-time employee Shane Graves was promoted to Operations Manager for EHC.
In 2018, EHC commenced development on Crest at Bonita Springs, MY Shower Door North American Headquarters/D3 Glass Manufacturing Plant, Luminary Hotel, Springs at Hammock Cove, Baker Park, Eleven Eleven Central and Siena Lakes. Most of the new projects and new phases of projects were with repeat EHC clients. Plus, the site construction company continued development of Springs at Port Charlotte, Helms Road in South Labelle, SR 82 in Fort Myers, SR 80 East of Labelle, Kalea Bay, Naples Square and Homestead Road in Lehigh as well as started new phases of Eleven Eleven Central and Naples Square in early 2019.
“We are seeing steady growth in multi-family residential, infrastructure and commercial,” said EHC Owner and President Jeff Hunt. “Our team members are committed to building the Southwest Florida market, and we are proud of all that they accomplish.”
EHC celebrated numerous anniversaries ranging from five to twenty years during the summer. Shane Graves was the fifth employee to reach twenty years with the company and in 2019 was promoted to Operations Manager for EHC. Shane is responsible for prioritizing the resources necessary to ensure EHC project goals are met for customers. With his experience and knowledge of the earthwork and infrastructure industry in conjunction with following EHC’s schedule-driven approach to successfully completing projects, Shane will lend guidance on utilizing EHC’s resources so that the work is performed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
