EHC, Inc. Kicks Off New Projects and Gains New Client

EHC, Inc., a construction company that provides pre-construction, earthwork and infrastructure services, is proud to announce new projects and clients in the region. New projects include additional phases in TwinEagles with The Ronto Group, I-75 Improvements connecting previous projects with Ajax Paving and Golden Gate Parkway widening with Wright Construction.

TwinEagles is the third active community development The Ronto Group has selected EHC for over the past year. EHC is providing lake excavation and expansion, earthwork, underground utilities, roads, curbs, building pads, sidewalks for two additional blocks. The multi-million dollar project is expected to introduce nearly 150 new units to the community. Development plans to begin this fall with completion the first quarter of 2015. Twin Eagles is a 1,115 acre resort golf community and was named “Best New U.S. Private Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine.

EHC has been working with Ajax Paving for more than 20 years on multiple projects. The current I-75 Improvement project connects two of the previous I-75 Improvement projects from the Charlotte and Lee County line to Tucker’s Grade in Punta Gorda. EHC is providing a variety of earthwork and infrastructure services for the 8-mile site.

New client, Wright Construction, awarded EHC with a contract to widen the south-bound exit ramp of Golden Gate Parkway in Naples. Services include earthwork, stabilized subgrade, and limerock base. The project is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2014 and completion within months of commencement.

EHC now has 13 active projects from Charlotte County to Collier County with more currently in negotiations. The projects span real estate and government industries and include Naples Square community in Naples, Hertz Worldwide Headquarters Campus in Estero, Sam’s Club in Cape Coral, US 41 and CR 951 intersection in Naples, Caloosahatchee Bridge at I-75 in Fort Myers, Winchester Boulevard in Englewood, one 1-75 project in Lee County and one in Charlotte County, Eastport Water Reclamation Facility in Punta Gorda, Lindsford community in Fort Myers, Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Twin Eagles community in Naples, and Golden Gate Parkway in Naples.
