Tuscany Pointe Phase 2
Tuscany Pointe is a community located off Collier Boulevard just north of Vanderbilt Beach Road by DR Horton. EHC’s scope for Phase 2 was earthwork, lake excavation, rock excavation and crushing of rock, import fill for grading, and sodding for over 60 home sites. Plus, EHC provided roadway construction which included subgrade, curb, asphalt, and pavement marking.
