Cape Coral Diplomat

The Cape Coral Diplomat project was constructed by Morrow Construction and EHC at Diplomat Parkway in Cape Coral. During the course of this project, three four-story apartment complexes were constructed. EHC completed the full earthwork and infrastructure scope on the project including underground drainage, water, and sewer, clear and grub work, sidewalks, asphalt paving, and finish grading.

Livano

Teaming up for the first time with LandSouth Construction out of Jacksonville, Florida, EHC EHC managed and delivered the turnkey sitework scope for the Livano apartments project including earthwork and grading, the installation of storm drainage and fire line, water and sanitary systems, all the site concrete, asphalt paving and offsite turnlane additions. Located in North Port, Florida, Livano is a collection of dynamic multifamily communities, intentionally designed to foster meaningful connection and provide genuine care to residents. Amenities include beautiful clubhouses, pools, and fitness centers and that’s just the beginning.

Continental Springs at Hammock Cove

Continental Springs at Hammock Cove is a new apartment community in Naples with Kaufman Lynn. Located at the corner of Thomasson Drive and Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41), Continental Springs at Hammock Cove is over 34 acres and features 14 two-story buildings with a total of 340 apartments. The community offers an amenity center, pool, two pet playgrounds, and a beautiful lake. Continental Springs at Hammock Cove also has 725 parking spaces in four parking garages and two parking lots plus bike racks to accommodate renters and invited guests. EHC provided a complete sitework package including lake excavation, erosion control, clearing, parking lots, subgrade base, asphalt, striping, traffic signs, concrete curbs and sidewalks, underground storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water and fire, and final grade for the multimillion-dollar project.

The Preserve

Sunshine State Developers Two selected EHC to build the sales center, off-site improvements, for Phase 1 of The Preserve. In Phase 2 of The Preserve project, EHC served as the Prime Contractor and was contracted to manage the project from start to finish. EHC’s services provided were erosion control, clearing, excavation, finish grading, sub-grade, roadway base, asphalt, striping, base rock, resurfacing, valley gutter, sidewalks, water, drainage, and sewer, sodding, and surveying. The Preserve is located approximately one mile east of I-75 on King Highway in the Southwest corner of Desoto County. Upon full completion, there will be 922 lots with lakes and green spaces at The Preserve. The 523-acre gated community plans to offer numerous amenities including a clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing, and more.

Villas at Gulf Coast

In Fort Myers, Florida, the Villas at Gulf Coast was developed by EHC under contract with the BBL Corporation. The scope of this project included complete sitework services including erosion control, stripping and grubbing, excavation, sewer and water utilities, asphalt paving, final grading, curbing, and drainage.

Lindsford

The over $20 million project includes the earthwork and infrastructure for the single-family and multi-family community with developer clients. The current project now includes the build-out of Lindsford under The Ronto Group’s leadership. The 260-acre community features lakes, tennis courts, playground, clubhouse with pool, bocce courts and basketball courts. EHC is continuing with the final phases for Lindsford, providing underground sewer, storm, water, curb, roads, common area sidewalk, sodding, rock crushing, traffic signage, and lot grading. The final phases include nearly 500 home sites.

Tuscany Pointe Phase 2

Tuscany Pointe is a community located off Collier Boulevard just north of Vanderbilt Beach Road by DR Horton. EHC’s scope for Phase 2 was earthwork, lake excavation, rock excavation and crushing of rock, import fill for grading, and sodding for over 60 home sites. Plus, EHC provided roadway construction which included subgrade, curb, asphalt, and pavement marking. Tuscany Pointe is nestled in prestigious North Naples and features 116 spacious homes ranging in size from 1,983 sq. ft. to 3,609 sq. ft. It is conveniently located close to upscale shopping and dining, pristine sandy beaches, and is part of a highly-acclaimed school system.
Naples Grande Sales CenterResidential

Naples Grande Sales Center

London Bay Homes reached out to EHC for its Naples Grande community, and the site construction company mobilized its crew within three days. In fact, the project was finished within one week. EHC cleared and prepared the building pad for a new approximately 4,000 square-foot sales building at the multi-family community. EHC is now developing the underground storm drainage and utilities, parking lot, and final grading for the Naples Grande Sales Center.

Riverside

Located on McGregor Boulevard south of Cypress Lake Drive, Riverside is a nearly 10-acre residential villa community with 23 buildings consisting of 46 units. EHC services for the Dalton Communities project included surveying, erosion control, clearing, earthwork and grading, 65,000 tons of imported fill, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, potable water, curbing, road construction as well as traffic signage and striping.

Tara Woods

EHC developed Phase 3 of Tara Woods with client Hometown America. Located in North Fort Myers, Tara Woods is an active 55+ community featuring custom-build homes and resort-style amenities. Phase 3 of Tara Woods consists of 39 home sites on nine acres. EHC provided erosion control, lake excavation, rock crushing, road development, underground storm drainage, sewer, and water as well as lot grading and preparation for the project.

Springs at Gulf Coast

Located in Estero, Florida, Springs at Gulf Coast is a luxury, townhome-style apartment community. Upon completion, the gated community plans to feature eight buildings of apartments, lakes, a pool and other amenities. EHC is providing 34,000 cubic yards of lake excavation, 16,000 square yards of parking lots, sidewalks, finish grading, concrete paving, traffic signage and striping as well as underground storm, sewer and water for the project which launched in December. Springs at Gulf Coast is the third apartment complex in Southwest Florida for Continental Properties, a national development and property management company.

The Reef II

Located at the corner of Estero Parkway and Three Oaks Parkway near Gulf Coast University, The Reef is an apartment complex expanding to now include The Reef II. Spire Construction engaged EHC for the 8-building, over 5-acre project in Fort Myers. The site construction company is providing clearing, earthwork, subgrade base, asphalt paving, curbing, traffic striping, sidewalks, and final grading for the project.

Kalea Bay

Kalea Bay is a high-profile, multi-million dollar, multi-tower development in Naples, which EHC broke ground on with Soave Real Estate Group. According to the developer, the new collection of hi-rise luxury residences encompasses more than 480 acres including wetland green preserves, and Kalea Bay’s five magnificent towers of 582 residences overlooking Wiggins Pass, Turkey Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The gated community expects to include the amenities of a 5-star resort from a rooftop terrace and pool to a resort-style clubhouse with restaurant, tennis, pools, and more.

Twin Eagles

Twin Eagles is an active community development by The Ronto Group. EHC provided lake excavation and expansion, earthwork, underground utilities, roads, curbs, building pads, sidewalks for three additional blocks in the community. Development for the multi-million dollar project introduced nearly 150 new units to the community. Twin Eagles is a 1,115 acre resort golf community and was named “Best New U.S. Private Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine. Twin Eagles offers numerous community amenities, including two championship golf courses, a swimming pool, fitness center, 47,000 square foot clubhouse, dozens of lakes, and miles of walking paths.

Enclave at Rapallo

Located next to Coconut Point Mall, The Enclave at Rapallo by Touchstone Homes boasts a gated, waterfront, resort lifestyle. Working with a WilsonMiller design, EHC developed the 100 percent waterfront enclave of 90 coach homes with a $1.3 million contract. Services provided include lake excavation, fill, grading, underground utilities, road building, paving, and site concrete. EHC also constructed the littoral zones, offering the residences breathtaking views across lakes to nature’s beauty. Rapallo is located at Via Rapallo, off of U.S. 41, south of Williams Road and just north of Coconut Point Town Center in Estero.

Briarwood

As the developer and exclusive builder of the Briarwood, Titan Custom Homes awarded EHC with contracts to develop the lakes, drainage, streets and utilities for Units 2 through 8 and 10 of the 240-acre gated community. Briarwood is south of Golden Gate Parkway on Livingston Road and showcases royal palm lined streets and resident amenities including a 24-hour guarded privacy gate, two tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, two community pools, and a community event center.

Calusa Creek

A Beazer Homes community, EHC was awarded a $3.9 million project to develop Calusa Creek in Charlotte County east of I-75. The 62-acre gated community of single family homes and townhomes features a community pool, cabana, playground and lakes. Working with Banks Engineering, EHC performed the earthwork and infrastructure of the community including the walls and guardhouse.
